✅ Black screen and player size

Hello 3Di, first I would like to thank you for this wonderful extension.
Technically I’m not having any problems with the extension, however, the screen goes black before playing, which is kind of uncomfortable because the user doesn’t know what he’s clicking on.

Another thing, when you press play, the screen expands, but when you finish the video the player is still big, having to press F5 to return it to its original size, would you implement an “x” to return to the original size?

Hmm, I have never encountered a similar issue in my tests, I will check it out but I need more details about your browser, phpBB version, PHP version etc.. first.

My phpbb is at version 3.3.3

PHP version 7.3.27

I’m using prosilver, but I modified the color by colorizeit

I use google chrome, but I also tested it on opera.

This enumerated attribute is intended to provide a hint to the browser about what the author
thinks will lead to the best user experience with regards to what content is loaded before the video is played.

It may have one of the following values:

    none: Indicates that the video should not be preloaded.
    metadata: Indicates that only video metadata (e.g. length) is fetched.
    auto: Indicates that the whole video file can be downloaded, even if the user is not expected to use it.
    empty string: Synonym of the auto value.

The default value is different for each browser. The spec advises it to be set to metadata.

Not tested yet, I will check it when I get some spare time. Doesn’t the ESC key do the trick?
