Item type: Username

• Adds an additional item type to the Advanced Shop System.
• No item data is required for this item type.
• Allows a user to choose their new username.
• The username has to adhere to all settings and availability,
  as if the user was registering for the first time.
• The username is then updated everywhere on the board.
