Item type: Permissions

• Adds two additional item types to Advanced Shop System.
• Both "Local" and "Global" permissions types are available.
• The "Local" permissions can be set on any amount of forums at once.
• Either a permission role can be selected, or select permissions separately.
• Selecting a permission role, will override any separately selected permissions.
